1. Does any other company have a union activity database like yours?

No. The authentic PTI Labor Research “historical” union activity database is the exclusive property of this company. PTI Labor Research’s database is unique to our organization and contains information available only through PTI Labor Research. Beware of imitations. There are lists of raw data available but they are not researched, verified or authenticated and do not have the demographic, sorting or graphic capabilities of ours here at PTI Labor Research.

8. Could you clarify the following confusing statements that have appeared concerning the name of your company?

a) F. Stuart Keene of The Keene Group is NOT the owner of PTI Labor Research. He has no ownership, affiliation or interest in our company. His site's reference to "still" owning the "corporation" refers to an old corporate charter which he retained after his sale for collecting outstanding debts.

b) The Purchase Agreement did not disintegrate. Ownership transferred in a fully executed sale that closed in Nov. 2000.

c) F. Stuart Keene has no ownership, affiliation or interest in PTI Labor Research.
